We assessed Bangkok hair transplant clinics across five criteria:

2. Pricing transparency - Clinics that publish clear per-graft pricing ranked higher than "contact us for a quote"

Clinics without verifiable surgeon credentials or with minimal independent patient reviews were excluded.

Verified Surgeon Credentials

Credentials are the part of a clinic comparison you can actually check yourself, so that is what this table shows. Every entry below was confirmed against the issuing body's own public register in September 2026, and each link goes straight to the record rather than to the clinic's own claim about it. Hair restoration has no Thai specialty board, which is why the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) are the relevant credentials for surgeons practising in Bangkok.

Two notes on reading that table honestly. ISHRS Fellow is the society's senior grade and Full Member is the standard one, so the difference is real but it is a grade of membership, not a measure of results. And "Not listed" against ABHRS means only that: Dr. Pathomvanich does not appear on the ABHRS register, while he does hold ISHRS Fellow status, a Mahidol University medical degree, and peer-reviewed publication in the field.

Dr. Jangjetriew is the only surgeon of the four who publishes a Thai Medical Council licence number, 31632, which can be checked on the Council's own register. We checked it and it matches.

General Advice
